When Randall isn't serving families like yours, he enjoys being out in nature; often taking his dogs to the river or the woods. Randall also enjoys snow skiing, and surfing.

FIDUCIARY ENGAGEMENTS
Randall offers a comprehensive service, and tailors each engagement to the exact situation. Most fiduciary engagements fall under these categories: Agent Under a Durable Power of Attorney, Estate Settlement (Personal Representative or Executor), Trust Management (Trustee), and Receiverships. Randall also offers services as successor in these roles, should the need arise.
CONSULTING
In addition to acting as a Fiduciary, Randall offers Consulting Services that allows your family or friends to maintain the Fiduciary role, but with guidance of a Professional. This service is popular amongst individuals that have family that lives out of town or state, that need assistance with local tasks such as securing real estate and personal property.

Prior to entering Professional Services, Randall's background was heavily focused on Agriculture. Randall often is appointed as a Fiduciary in Estates and Trusts involving farm land and ongoing operations.
